Registered a complaint on 13th january regarding braoband connection issue. At that time customer care said that there executive will reach me with in 4 2 12 working hours. And they will call me but no one has come and didnt even call me and today 15th when i called them they simply saying executive will reach by 17th january
And there is no toll free customer care number to you braodband and when ever i am contacting them it charges nearly 20 rupees to me for each call and even though they are not responding and not providing service to me.

I have not been able to use internet for a couple of weeks since 25th June. My Customer Relationship No. is 1209376.
I had lodged several complaints both on customer care as well as directly to the office in gurgaon for the same when I had the problem. After 4-5 days, a person came to check the modem and found it to be not working. So, he assured me that it will be repaired and sent to me the next day. Even after specifically telling him to deliver the modem in the earliest so that he can install the modem infront of me, I only got the modem in the evening through my watchman and had to install it myself. Sadly, it still didnt work. After that, I have again made numerous complaints, wasted my 100rs on repeatedly calling both customer care and office in gurgaon. There has been no response and my problem still persists. I even asked them to come at any time and i'll specificaly come from my office for them to repair the connection.
I have wasted enough time calling and requesting people to come and do something. Most of times the workmen from youbroadband come without calling expecting us to be there at home all day for them. I am sick and tired of this behaviour.
