[Resolved] You Broadband — No Customer support No internet coming | |||
I'm Deepak from hyderabad and i'm having one you broadband internet connection, I'm facing following problem due to this internet 1) They gave us connect after 20-25 days 2) They gave connection after 100 calls, we call almost 100 time but we faced each time new excuses 3) I got connection on may be 6-July or 7-July and i used internet only 8 hrs because each time facing bad connection, time out / connection failed etc errors 4) If i'm calling to customer case/ local support not picking call and most of time they cut our call 5) If I'm asking for re-fund they not giving us Was this information helpful? | |||

They not picking call only cut call, if any one going for you broad band, please think 1000 times and then go for it
