Hi,
I had started using You Broadband connection from July 2015. It was hardly 3 weeks after the installation that problem started occurring with the connection. We paid for full month and could not use for one week in that whole month. On complaining about the same, no action was taken from You Broadband and even they are not refunding the amount paid. Kindly take strict action against You Broadband services and also visit their Facebook page where thousands of people have reported similar issues.
