You Broadband — Not able to access internet. Customer care is not responding to the complaint

Hello, i applied for YOU broadband one month back they didn't install the connection properly and i started facing the connection problems and after resolving the issue, i frequently got connectivity problem after one month i did another recharge of 1674 INR on 28-july-2015 and filed complaint on 27 july for not able to access internet. From last one month i am getting this problem from last 4 days they are ignoring the issue and not responding to on complaint my user id is pkroy7 and internet company is YOU BROADBAND. They refused to return back the amount and not even solving the issue. Please assist further. These are the number of complaints and other complaint is registered on account id.
