You Broadband — NOT REFUNDING MONEY DUE TO NON FEASIBILITY IN YOUR AREA

Hello Sir, I had applied for YOU Broadband in the month of March 2015. They had collected a cheque from me for 4500 for the new broadband connection which was paid for six months in advance. Later they informed me that their broadband had no feasibility in our area, but they had deposited the cheque on March 27, 2015 itself. Later when I asked them for the refund of my money they said they will process in 7 to 10 days, but till now I have not received it. I had called them twice once on April 3rd and then on April 7, 2015. April 3, 2015 Call reference number is[protected] April 7, 2015 Call reference number is[protected] They said they will repay my amount through cheque, but till now they haven't paid me my dues.
