You Broadband — not working

hai sir, this is ashok, my login ID T.priya my register mb no [protected]. i am in you broadband Internet service, from 20 days my net is not working, i inform to hyd customer number last Saturday. but my problem is not salved up to now, so plz check and resolved my problem.
