You Broadband — Payment completed but installation not yet done | |||||
I applied for broadband connection with You Broadband Chennai. I did my payment on 12th Feb 2016 and till today no one has come for installation. Additionally, on 16th Mar, the technician Mr Ramesh called me and requested to forward the SMS which I got from You Broadband having my account details (user name / password) - he told that is needed to initiate the connection, and I forwarded, and since then - my status in my account shows installation done, which is not correct. I have been contacting the customer care representative Mr Mallikaarjun, and he is also just making false promises - saying we will adjust the delay in number of days. I am already frustrated with the customer care and technicians behavior. Requesting to kindly take appropriate action and help me out to get the connection done / or get me back my amount.
