You Broadband — Payment done but no internet connection neraly after a month

I have applied for you broadband connection on 22nd December they asked for payment. I did online registration and payment on the same day however they haven't yet activated my connection after multiple follow ups. I have no idea about ISP connection and connection reliability. You broadband is the worst Internet service provider. This is not just my experience.
