I have a account with you broad band :1306843
I had made payment for prepaid connection on september 12th 2015, as i was promised the connection within 10 days, even with continous follow up, it took them more than two months just to install the broadband.
Connection was given on 16th Jan 2016.
However the connection went down the very next day. Connection was the told to be fixed on 5th February 2016.
The connection went down again after a week, i think it took a week for them to fix it.
And the connection went down again in couple of days time.
Company counted the activation from jan 15th, even though more than 40 days I didnt had internet connection, my account was deactivated on 30th April, neglecting several call i made to the customer care detailing the issue.
Every time i contact the customer care, i was told that ill get a call back in 4 to 8 working hours, how ever I never receieved a single call back till date. I would have called the customer care more than 30 times since I paid for the connection.
You broad band is one of the worst and irresponsible service provider i have come across in my life.
Before getting connection itself I had asked for refund several times, however the so called customer support people never registered my request, despite the fact that i was calling them on daily basis for the same.
Being fed up with all these, i literally had to raise my voice on the support people to cancel my connection.
I raised the request last week and its not been processed yet.
This company needs to pay for this irresponsible behaviour, I need my money back, what ever belongs to me.
Please advise what I could do.
