You broadband pvt. Limited — After taking money not starting internet service | |||||
I have taken Wi-Fi internet service from you broadband internet private limited around 1st November. But till today s date yet they haven't started my connection. At first visit they have collected cheque from n promised me they 'll start connection in next 4-5 days.after 4-5 days their technical person came provide cabel left outside our window and told from here u have take the cabel inside...so I called my electrician he did that and I paid those charges after that they came to put modem but they were not having their crimping instrument so they insisted me to get it done from other computer person...so for that I opposed them because they were not providing enough service.for this I have registered complaint at costumer care department and to the sales executive who has collected cheque from me. But they didn't send any person, didn't take interest to provide service. After one week I tired and called my computer operator who has come with crimping instrument done the work for that also I have paid the money. After this I called them to start the service I register complaint at costumer care and sales executive (Mr kishor ) but since 4 days I m calling them but they are just giving me promises. i m calling their branch manager since 10 days to explain him my condition and problems but he is not picking my calls. So I got disappointed, frustrated, mentally tired and decided to disconnect the connection get money back so acai registered request today afternoon at costumer care. I feel like cheated by you broadband private limited. Please take personal interest in my case so a at least they don't repeat same thing with others... Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am using You Broadband connection. I have applied for a connection transfer and paid all the relative charges on 29 Feb 2016. I was told that connection will start working in 8 days. But now its been 22 Days and it is still not working. I have been to their office for 6-7 times. I call them everyday, but they are not providing me the solution.
