Dear sir/madam i wish to complaint about new connection plan(day[600kbps]/night[2mbpc]) Rs.5900 that i purchased on 27/08/2014 at SURAT. I am complaining because i was waiting for cabling and technical service was not provided last 2 months. I was pay Rs.5900 cash payment your sales person and that given your customer registration form that can be attach. I will request to you resolve this problem i would like you to you broandband SURAT and please refund my money. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.if I do not hear from you within to given 2 days. I will file complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternative. I am enclosing copies of customer registration form. I may be contractual at the mobile no [protected].
