You Broadband — Regarding Cable disconnection by your team without information.

Dear Sir, I got new connection on dated 20 AUG 2015 after 10 days waiting & many calls to customer care for installation. I was very sad with your service. but after installation its working fine. then after 3 days on dated 24 AUG 2015, My broadband cable is disconnected from terminal by your engineer without any information. and now from 10 days, wire is hanging on terminal pole, which is on front of my home. I had call & mails, many times to customer care, nodal officer. and register many complaints with recording. but no one is interested to resolve it or contact to me. now i am very hopeless and plan to take legal action. I hope you will look up in this matter.
