You Broadband — Service not provided after collecting the service charge | |||
This complaint belongs to You Telecom. Since You Telecom is not in the drop down I could not select the same. On 21st Feb I have raised a request to shift my broadband connection to a different location. I paid the shifting charges of 650 as well. since then I have called more than 25 times written multiple emails still no action has been taken. Eveytime I call, I get some false promise . My You ID is 487050. Please help. We pay the service charges still we suffer, it is really unfortunate Was this information helpful? | |||
