Complaint for adding extra data in my account against renewal done from mobile application I have renewed my account from mobile application on 9th august 2015. At that time i was told that you will get either extra days or extra date. I have selected the extra data option. I have inquired since then atleast 5 times but they have not updated my extra data which is to be added in my account. The name of my service manager is gulshan and her phone number is [protected]. Everytime i call her, she does not receive my phone at first attempt. As per the latest update i was informed that your extra data will be added on 1st september 2015. After that was not done i called her on 12th september 2015 at 11:35 am to ask her regarding crediting extra data in my account, she said it will be done in 24 hours. I called her today 16th september 2015 at 12:29 pm but she is not receiving my phone. Another complaint is about adding extra days. My internet was not working for four days so i informed to you broadband regarding that. They suggested to send sms credit to [protected] so that those days could be credited in my account. I did the sms on 7th september 2015 at 2:00 pm and in reply they gave me the service credit request id no.[protected] at 2:05 pm. Today its 16th september 2015 and still those days are not added in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
