You Broadband — Unacceptable quality of services and refusal to refund the pre-paid amount | |||
You broadband provides Internet services and promises up to 12mbps of speed for a monthly charge of 1200/- in advance. However their services are down everyday for more than 3-4 hours and almost entire day on weekends. Their customer care refuses to help and hang up call when customers ask for a supervisor. In last 2 years I have never spoken to a single TL or Manager on their customer care number no matter how long I hold. They are always busy on another call and will never call back despite several request. Company has no information of the maintenance work they claim as the reason of interruption. Their is always a damaged cable which no one has been able to fix in 2 years. Moreover, consumer can only claim refund if services are down for more than 24 hours. At times net doesn't work the whole day and starts at the middle of the night saving them from giving refund. Local office refuses to help and disconnects the phone on upset customers.
