You Broadband — Unresolved problem from last 1 month

I am an existing customer of You broadband in Vadodara city of Gujarat state. There is no internet due to fibre wire cut by GEB. I registered complaint so many times, no action has been taken yet. There is no internet since last 1 month. Its less customer to my area since it is new so they are just ignoring. Its rediculous they dont have any responsibility. Waited since last 1 month, seek help what should i do next?
