I am using YOU broadband services from the past 3 months.
Recently, as a promotional offer for christhmas, the company upgraded my existing plan of YOU STORM from 100 GB to 200 GB along with a reduction in subscription amount.
Upon hearing this I called upon the company executive hoping that I could avail the same benefit.
I was also ready to pay some extra bucks if required.But the executive declined my request.
Instead o[censored]pgrading the same plan, he suggested of moving to a different plan and then coming back to the original plan.
I asked him to disconnect the services so that I could re-connect again with the refund. The option was unavailable with them since they provide prepaid services.
I hope every service sector companies come up with a plan to satisfy their existing costumers too.
