You Broadband — Want refund of the service not available

My Internet is not working since 8th march I had complain more then 18 times … there is no rep once from the head of the uncharged of my area.
I live in Manjalpur, Vadodara -390011, Gujarat

All the people they think that thery become PM they never receive the call at lest I have to call 10 times them they receive the call..
They don't hve sense to talk to customer they cut the call inbetween talk ..
They always gives false commitment …
