[Resolved]  You Broadband — Wifi Router

Dear Sir, I have taken broadband connection from You Broadband on 9th june 2014, and paid Rs. 12399 for 30 Months, 500 GB. They promised to provide Wifi Router if i buy this internet plan but till 2nd july 2014 i did not got the router and if i call customer care they says it will take on month from the date of connection. My complaint is that this 1 month condition was not mentioned in their web page from were i purchased the internet plan and made online payment for the same. Their customer care is pathetic. I have called them several times but nobody responds. I want to get my refund or Wifi router. I suggest please do not take You Broadband connection especially in Surat.
