You Broadband — Worst Customer Service and liar Employees

I am you broadband cust with user id ashish247. My Internet stopped working since Aug 05 I was not home. I came back on Aug 12 and lodged complain against this issue with a ref. no.[protected] No one bothered to call or check the status of complaint I called cust service and they said that they will escalate this issue and it will b resolved soon (No specific time). Now after all non resulting efforts I visited corporate office at MGF Mega city mall where I met Mr. Prahalad Giri, who was the most irresponsible employee of You Broadband. Mr. Giri assured that it will be resolved within 30 min. I tried connecting to Internet but again only thing I got was disappointment. Now Mr. Prahalad Giri wasn't even picking up my phone. I called from a new number eventually some one picked up my call and put me on hold and never came back. Fellow readers please don't ever sign up with this horrible company.
