I am using You broadband since last 8 months, and my plan is: 3Mbps, 360+180 days.
This is a worst network. I have a permanent problem since I have started.
In a week it is dead more than 3 days. And speed is very slow.(Downloading: 40 kbps).
No any response from customer care when I have call them.
They are always try to cheat me and uncapable to solve my issue. Always negative responses I have got from them. And always give me a fake suggestions.
I want to cancel my data plan & I want my cashback(refund).
