My name is Ketan Naik I stay in Viman Nagar, Pune I got a call from your executive for new connection on (9 July 2015) and she said that if I pay online my net will start working from today i.e (11 July 2015) once I have made the payment she is not picking my calls and no one came for installation this kind of fraud work your people are doing . I already have made online complain on consumer foroum for harassing the customers, I want my connection by today only or give my money back. I am going to keep this matter in consumer court as I am not alone, I went to Youbroadband Office and there also many consumers were standing with same complain.
