You Broadband — You broadband does not fix the issue

I have been unable to browse since July7. I have raised 2 complaints through their website, mailed them thrice, talked to their senior customer care executives twice and have been calling the customer care almost daily since 11th and the issue has not yet been resolved. They assure of a call within 8 hours of the complaint but I haven't received any call till date. They don't even change the technician regardless of my several requests. This is the worst service I have ever received.
