Dear Sir,
My Relationship Number: 208582
I am now fed up with miserable connection service for your broadband.
I frequently receive messages regarding "FIBER CUT INCIDENT" from "LM-YOUBRO" and sometimes no SMS intimations for YouBroadband Connection Problems.
I frequently face the problem of the modem as it suddenly restarts itself and asked for a replacement for Modem a long back which hasn't been settled yet.
Your customer care representative refuses to take a complaint and ignore us by saying "SYSTEM UPGRADATION"
I had placed a complaint to customer care on 15th March 2014, but the problem resolved on 21st March 2014.
As all the problems faced by me was from your end due to which I could not connect internet for almost 55-60 days, I want a extension for my current plan by 2 months.
I am very much annoyed due to poor service from You Broadband.

Dear Sir,

I have registered complaint numbers[protected] &[protected] & also several times.
I am one of the most dissatisfied customer facing worst service [Cable Fibre Cut & Frequent System Upgradation].
I haven't been able to use YouBroadband Service whenever I required due to Problems from your side and also Modem Problems.
If my plan is not extended by 2 months within 48 hours of this email, then I will definitely not continue with YouBroadband and also suggest people not to use YouBroadband.
I have registered my complaint several times with Customer Care, they are telling that technical person with attend this issue. But I was surprised when I sent an email to customer care, your executive Anjana Sharma suggested to contact Customer Care.
If my days are not extended by 2 months they I may seek help consumer forum under legal shelter.

Dear Sir,
Even today there was no connection for the 2 whole days [date 02/03/2014 & 03/04/2014] due to Fiber Cut Incident.
Due to your irresponsibility, I suffered heavy losses in my work for complete 2 days.
Extend the days of my plan by 2 months.
