I am complaining because I have made numerous issues and complaints made(minimum 10 ) in last one month wherein the internet was not working for at least13-15 days and the speed has not been as promised on most of the days. My last request has been for of my internet services (Ticket number[protected] dated 29thMay) and refund to which no one from YOU broadband had called or acknowledged for at least 10 days now and theyrefuse to cancel or refund. The YOU nodal officer I spoke with last also mentioned that the cable in my area was not proper due to which I was facingissues. I no longer wish to associate with YOU broadband as it means badbroadband services and no sense o[censored]rgency to resolve issues. To resolve this problem I would like YOU Broadband to refund my money or this year and anysecurity which I must have paid at the beginning of the connection. They are supposed to refund 4550 and also security of approximately 1000 Rs to my account. They took the account detail however noone is interested in giving the refund.
