You Broadband — You broadband not resolving complaint...

I applied for new You Broadband connection by paying 5999Rs for a year on 27th December 2014 and got connection on 3rd Jannuary 2015. Since then I am getting speed of 1Mbps even though I paid for a plan of 4Mbps. I had given almost 10-12 complaints but everytime they say your complaint will be resolved in 4-8 hours but nothing happens and complaint gets closed. I have even asked them to close my connection if they cannot give the service and refund my full amount. Strong action needs to be taken against You Broadband. Regards, Girish [protected]
