You Broadband — You broadband not updating my refund request

I applied You Broadband new connection on 10-NOV-2015 still now I didn't get my connection on every time when I call to their representative Issac.s give fake information regarding connection due to his promise I disconnected my previous internet connection. While I contact to You Broadband Chennai Head office[protected] many of the time no one pick up the call if they pick up they are not giving proper answer. I have only contact with this number only[protected] each time I charged RS 10 to 15. I raised a claim[protected] for refund still now I didn't get any call back. Here I also attached my bill.
