[Resolved]  YouBroadband — broadband connection not working

I have broadband connection with Youbroadband. On 5.2.2014 my connection was not working. So I complaint to company. But till on 21.02.2014 ( 9.15 am ) the position is as usual . In between I called a lots of time to company and sent emails also. Then also they are very careless . I had paid six months amount in advance and due to bogus service and not availability of broadband service I had asked them to give me refund. But they are neither continuning the service nor giving the refund. Kindly guide which type of action can I take.
