It's been more than three months that i have raised request for shifting of broadband connection from my old address to new.

I have raised my concern/complaint through website, customercare and mail. However, the issue was not resolved and the paining part is everytime they say that issue will resolved in two days. But now it's three months no update.

Updated by Chilukala sateesh reddy The funny part of the whole is the customer care who I have called at least 10 times just becomes very polite for the sake of it and says that they will get back in 4 to 8 hours and nothing really happens.
