[Resolved] YouBroadband — No service, even after raising issue complaints | |||||
I paid renewal amount, so my account was activated from suspended mode, When i called you broadband for renewal payment, they reached me within 1/2 hour to collect the renewal amount, and they activated my account, Later i came to know that there is a cable/wire cut/which is reaching my home, i called customer care 3 times in past 48hrs, only reply they used to foce is 'within 4-6 working hrs your issue will be solved' but not solved even after 48hrs, some how i got local office nos and called them they used to say, We will send technician, but no one reached from 48hrs, pls friends dont go for youbroadband, believe me friends, this is a comptetvive world, but still this ppl don't know that better service can survive in this comptetvive world My registerd i'd is.
