Even I am a victim of the fraudulent activities of YFC- Satra Park. As you've mentioned that the cheque received by you was bounced. That gives you a legal right to provide a legal notice to the company and drag the company to court. #yfc gym is a big #fraud
I had taken a membership at the gym in September and they stated they will open the new YFC Borivali Branch (Satra Park) in October first week!! It’s December and the gym has still not started. In fact the place is emptied and theres no sign of any existence of the gym there anymore.
No one from #yfc picks up our calls and other branch people act as if they don’t have any responsibility and authority!!
