I had touchpad problem of my yuphoria device. I contacted to the help line and submitted my device in hyderabad yu servicing centre on11/02/2016. My invoice no is s[protected].Yu had claimed for replacement of device with in 30 days.Now the are continuously telling exctra 10 when i call after the past claimed date.They are cheating innocent indians but not in outside india.I will never grant the brand to my friend and collegeue in future till my death. They are putting black ink in the white indian market.One day they will be eradicated due to their behaviour in 21st century.The brand is not felling customer pains. As a poor i am will not do any thing otherwise i will place my phone under the bus tire and send the video to yu.
