Yu — Customer Support Team not replacing my device | |||
On 5th September I filled complaint that my yureka was not getting charged, Customer support team said send Battery +Charging Jack + invoice.images I send that to them, they said they will contact me and will make me talk with their officials but it's 12th September now and till the date there has been no assistance provided to me by Yu Televentures ...I called 10 times to them on 12th September for my issue. But they replied rudely and where not liking to help me ... When I Asked for DOA They said they will not give me ... please help me Was this information helpful? | |||
