Yu — Irresponsible Customer service

HAI I AM using yureka mobile. The mobile is completely dead and it's under warranty. The mobile belongs to the brand YU and they have only pickup and drop service for mobile. SO I CALLED and lodged a complaint last month in may till now there is no response from them they are telling they will call back but no response from them. They don't have front office for service center. THE customer service is very poor. For past one months they are delaying.
