Yu Mobile — Battery swollen and pathetic customer support | |||
Contact details [protected] I have purchase Yu Yuphoria Phone on 1st June 2015. Within 3 month the battery has swollen and I cannot use the phone as there is chance the phone will explode if I use it. I have lodged the complaint on 24th September on customer support number[protected] and emailed all the details on [protected]@yuplaygod.com. Reference number 1389961 I have receive there revert on 25th sep that they have raised the issue to the concerned department and that department will get in touch with me for further action. As on 5th October 2015 nobody has called me or I have received a new battery. On calling them couple of time have received the same revert that the department will get in touch with me Called them on 30th sep, called trice on 5th October and was kept on hold for 5 min, 16 min and third time techsupport told me t wait for more 24 hrs.
