Yu Mobile — Complaint registered but No Action has been taken | |||||
From 17 Aug15, I've registered my first complain with Reference Ticket id: 1227927 to Mr.Hitesh narula (DEVESH RAJORIA)-L1-Team YU-TP Jaipur. I was ensured by the L2 tech. dept. that my handset will get replaced within 5-6 days. But after that No response has been given till now. I've called their service center many times after that but each time they gave a new ticket no. and wants me to expect a call from the technical team within 48 hours. The Technical team just says one thing " Send your invoice bill and some picture shots of the mobile and your device will get replaced under 5-6 days". I've sent them many times but no one responds after that. whenever i call to check the current state of my complaint, they'd tell me to follow the same procedure again and again. I'm really frustrated from the YU support service. Now all i want is to get my Yureka replaced as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
