Yu — Mobile handset (yu yuphoria) | |||
I have submitted my Yu Yuphoria Mobile to the Company's Authorized service center on 14.03.2016 due to touch screen issue and till date i have not received my Handset. I have talked many time to the customer care executive (on [protected]) of YU but every time they are asking to wait for more 7 -10 days. Last conversation done on 26.04.2016. and they are not giving actual status of my mobile. Even I have sent many mails to ( on mail ID.:[protected]@yuplaygod.com) and got same reply that wait for some time we will dispatch your mobile ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
