Dear Sir/Mam, I Vipin Kumar Sharma wants to return my Yureka because of following reasons. 1st time i replaced my Yureka because of Heating problems, hanging problems, auto restart problems, buttery backup which have taken amonth to replace from your side. Even replacing phone i got a piece which doesn't support But one more time, i became disappointed with the YU . So, You can understand how many times i have called customer care for help.I request you to return my phone and provide me refund.Waiting for your prompt replay.
