Yu Mobile — Not getting any proper response from company | |||
I purchased yureka mobile before 6 months ago and now its not getting charged.its charging port may be defective and its charging adapter can charge other device.but when i am complaining about this to company they are only sending mail to me with some instruction which i already followed.but no resolution.now the device has completely stopped getting charged and company stopped responding. i mailed them so many times also called them but no response.my contact number is [protected]/[protected].kindly help me out.purchase date of the device is February 26th 2015.in one mail they asked me some pictures of the charging jack and adapter.i sent them with good quality pictures.after receiving the pictures they again and again telling me to check the charging jack and adapter which i already tried and no fault in it as it can charge other device.i tried with another yureka cable and adapter but not getting any charging connection.now the company is complete silent.what should i do.kindly help me.
