I have been calling yu customer care since august 6, 2015 and they have approved the phone for replacement but its been a month the replacement has not been made till now.
I have been calling and mailing since august 6 but their response is very poor and always tell that the you will receive the courier number within 24 hours, and every time i call the service, the representative always tell different thing sometimes they would say that there is an technical fault or you will receive the courier number within 24 hours.
Upon insisting too much for sending me a mail that would specify how many days its gonna take for the replacement, they would reply me with a mail without any details.
Now, I am clueless because they wouldn't give me a satisfactory response even after mailing them that i will log a complaint against them .
Please help me in this case.
