Yu Mobile — Service centre not returning my phone | |||||
Dear Sir, I dispatched my phone on 24th October for repairing the phone screen to Yu central office in Delhi. It reached there on the 3rd of November as per as the courier information. After that, the email support team stopped responding. They have not replied to any of the 8 emails I have sent them. It has become really frustrating. Their customer number is an ISD one, and it cost me 8 rupees for just 17 seconds, during which I didn't get a response. I am losing my patience with this type of response. Please help me. I would like Yu mobiles to return my phone as soon as possible. Something is always better than nothing. I have lost faith that they would repair it and now, my only hope is getting it back.
