To whomsoever it may concern,
I had raised a ticket ( YU89886 / 7971/ 1008122 ) on 14th April 2015 for a new transreceiver since i had accidentally cracked my Yureka screen. I was told that my phone(without the battery and back cover) would be replaced on the payment of INR 3000/- to which i agreed.
The courier company, DotZot collected my phone on 12th May 2015, which is a almost A MONTH after the request was made.
After 9 weeks and numerous calls to the YU customer care and L2 support, a new transreceiver was dispatched to me.
But again a mistake was made by the YU team by raising a SWAP requestrather than just a delivery request (My old transreceiver has already been received by YU).
The courier company Delhivery refused to give me the device as they asked for my old device which is already in the possession on YU.
Therefore my order has been cancelled by them. I again informed YU about this and no legitimate response has been tendered yet. I have been promised call backs multiple times but I have never received a call back.
It has almost been 10 weeks since i had raised a request and yet no appropriate action has been taken. I have called almost every single day. I can’t believe the sorry state of affairs at this company and I vow to bring this to the notice of the consumer forum and social media.
For what seemed to be simple task, I have been harassed by YU for more than 10 weeks now.
