Yu Mobile — Warranty doesnt work for me | |||
I purchased yu yureka around 5 months ago first of all there was heating issue in d device but i think thats ok but now after 4 months my device stuck at yu logo and when i call yu yureka at there new no. they just ask me to try a procedure and after that they will submit a complaint i move on with d procedure but nothing works and when i call they asks that they have submitted a complaint and said our technical support will call u within 48hours but no call came at all and when i call them after 3 days they said we reviewed ur issue and we will generate a waybill to replace ur device and waybill no. will be generated by evening but next day when i call they said we need to submit a complain again and waybill will not generated till u make a conversation with technical team and they again submit a complaint and no call again after 3 days and in mail they reply that ur no was not reachable however i was never out of coverage area.however my missed call service is also on and no msg at all there and they r mailing me to again provide both of mobile nos. my current ticket id is 1289331 and i think warranty is only for name coz i didnt get any response from support team.i think this brand is to be disclosed soon.my mobile no is[protected].please solve my complain Was this information helpful? | |||
