Dear Consumer Complaint forum,
I bought new YU yureka mobile in 26/feb/2015, and since April 2015 then, i am facing charging and heating problem with my mobile. I called many times in call center of YU but everytime, customer care agent advise me to reset the Phone but problem is still there and future no support is given by yu company and, as a consumer of YU I felt cheated as I am not getting value for my valuable Money.
i am really very tired wth this YU mobile . i need help to get my money back and if possible, i need reimbursement for the harassment that i faced due to YU Company
