Yu — Not giving the replacement for the products which come under the warranty period | |||||
Sir I filed a complaint through email on 1st January 2016 against a product of Yu Yuphoria phone ( a charger ) which was not working and it was in the warranty period and it is still in the warranty period . first they told me to do one or two things to perform with the charger just to clear that it is really not in the working condition so that they can replace it . I did the things then I email them again and told them about condition that it is still not working . they said to me to wait for some time so that they can replace it but they didn't give me the replacement for the product for almost 2 months (on 25th February ). After so many emails and replies from them I got one part of the charger and that was adapter but not the USB cable . When I asked abt this they said that they can give only one thing at a time as there is two parts in a charger one is adapter and one is USB cable . They said it is the policy of their company that they can generate one bill for a product at one time and the second bill can only be generate after the first one is delivered to the customer .After I got the adapter I email them that I have received the adapter today so that they can generate another bill for the USB cable for my product . But they just told me to wait for that and when I email again to them for the product they gave me same response again after almost a month . And when I tried again after so many days they are not even replying me anymore . Was this information helpful? | |||||
