Hello,
I'm facing some problems in my yu yureka device, I have informed this to that company by mail and call, they written that "we will revert you in 2 working days" but there is no response and reply from their side. Two weeks are passed then After that I had send 2 mail also but i didn't get any reply. Now i don't know what to do. Please help me.

the company had took much time to resolve problem.(approx. 1 month).
but finally i got replacement of my cell phone.
now happy.
