My yurekas display was broken accidently in nov. I decided to swap my phone by paying 3000/-. Theyvwere supposed to provide me a new handset within 15 days but they returned me on 22 jan 2016 (after 40 days) that is last day of my warrenty period. Unfortunately my bad luck, i was not in delhi ( home town) so i was unable to check the phone condition. When i return to delhi, i cheked my phone and it was not charging at all. I talked to customers support executive, he told me to charge battery by a universal magic charger to check if there is any problem in my battery or not but it charged and working fine. Then he asked me to go at micromax customer care centre where they told that there may be problem in chargung IC and cost 5000/- to me. How can they send me an defective handset and charge extra money to repair it? Plzz help. I felt cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
