My yurekas display was broken accidently in nov.

I decided to swap my phone by paying 3000/-. Theyvwere supposed to provide me a new handset within 15 days but they returned me on 22 jan 2016 (after 40 days) that is last day of my warrenty period.

Unfortunately my bad luck, i was not in delhi ( home town) so i was unable to check the phone condition.

When i return to delhi, i cheked my phone and...

On nov 5 my screen was broken.

So i swap my phone from yu televentures ltd. They were supposed to give me a new device within 15 days.

But i received my device on 22nd jan 2016 (After 40 days) exactly on the same day when my original phone warrenty expire .
Unfortunately, my bad luck i was not in delhi(Home town) so i can't even check my new phone properly.

When i return, its not even charging...
