Yu Televentures — Battery replace without information and bad service of service center | |||
Dear sir, I have purchase mobile 4 months ago. I have went to service center only for repairing ear speaker. Because in ear speaker there are some problem. I have submitted mobile on 8th april 2017. Till now it is not repaired by them and without inform me they replace my battery. My old battery has no problem. So how will i know they will give me new battery. I am totally frustrated due to bad service of service center. So please give me new mobile or give my original battery which i submitted to service center. Ii) i have another yureka phone i went to service center for serviing imei no. My ph is working well that time only imei is null this is issue. Service center told me for update software after that mobile will working well. So i have agreed it. But after one day i found my another mobile is not starting, when we start mobile it will automatically restart. Was this information helpful? | |||
