I had launched a complaint and was been told that my device would be swapped in 15 working days from 16th Dec'15 but till now i have received and every time i call up the YU customer Care i'm asked to wait for more 7 to 10 days. The same thing is being told to me from last 2 months. NO proper commitments are given by the YU team. Even on email YU team re not responding properly. Even they give false commitment about call back from seniors of YU customer care. Frankly speaking the services are very poor & all fake commitments are given
